Exceptions to the Return Policy: While we strive to accommodate your needs, there are a couple of exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns for "buy-more-keep-one" shopping, as this practice is unsustainable for us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  • For hygiene reasons, personal care items such as lingerie and swimwear are considered final sale and are non-returnable.

Refund Amount: You can expect a full refund of the cost of the returned product (excluding the shipping fee).

Additional Points to Consider:

  • Custom duties charged by your government will not be included in the refund.
  • Any rush fees paid are non-refundable.

  • Step 3: Once the dress is delivered to the designated address, we will promptly process your refund.
  • Step 4: Please note that the bank's processing time for refunds typically takes 8-10 days. The exact duration may vary based on your chosen payment method and your bank's policies.

    Important Note: Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend retaining the receipt and tracking information for your return shipment.
